The portfolio management system of the Church Pension Fund is administered by an external service provider. The service includes reporting on investment activities, return monitoring and real-time portfolio management. The portfolio management system produces comprehensive risk reporting, acts as a risk monitoring function, and generates material for an accounting interface. The service also provides different summary reports for the needs of the Board and supervisors of the Church Pension Fund.
An expert specialising in corporate responsibility analyses conducts a norm and industry-based responsibility screening of the Fund’s investment portfolio biannually. The results of the analysis are discussed by the Board. The Board also reviews the annual PRI report as a means of tracking the progress of the Fund’s responsible investment work in comparison to other investors.
By the end of January, the Board of the Church Pension Fund submits its annual report on the previous year’s activities to the National Church Council.
