The Pension Fund produces diverse annual reports on its investment activities and responsibility.
The portfolio management system of the Pension Fund is the responsibility of an external service provider. The service includes reporting on investment activities and monitoring of returns, as well as up-to-date portfolio management. The portfolio management system produces comprehensive risk reporting, acts as a risk control function and produces material for the accounting interface. The service also includes various summary reports for the needs of the Board and supervisors of the Pension Fund.
Monitoring and reporting are part of the implementation and monitoring of responsible investment. Twice a year the investment portfolio goes through a norm-based and sector-based sustainability screening, carried out by a service provider specialising in corporate sustainability analysis. A broader climate analysis of the portfolio is also carried out annually, for liquid equity and corporate bond investments, with the help of a service provider. The Pension Fund also reports annually in accordance with the PRI principles. The Pension Fund Board regularly reviews the results of analyses and monitoring and other topical themes related to sustainability and responsibility. Each year, a management report on responsible investment is published, which describes the Pension Fund’s methods and results of responsible investment, as well as includes climate and nature reports of investment activities. As part of the Pension Fund’s annual monitoring, an ESG survey is carried out for asset managers and funds.
By the end of January, the Pension Fund Board submits a management report to the Church Council, on the activities of the previous year.
