F\u00f6rsamlingen beslutar sj\u00e4lv hur omfattande och noggrann strategin ska vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Av strategin ska framg\u00e5 vilket behov av \u00e5tg\u00e4rder det finns med tanke byggnadernas kondition och deras anv\u00e4ndning. I strategin kan man dra upp riktlinjer exempelvis f\u00f6r behovet av reparationer och tidpunkten f\u00f6r reparationer eller f\u00f6r att avst\u00e5 fr\u00e5n en byggnad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rsamlingarna b\u00f6r f\u00e4sta uppm\u00e4rksamhet vid bland annat byggnadernas anv\u00e4ndningsgrad och uppv\u00e4rmning. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller \u00e4ldre kyrkor ska man alltid ocks\u00e5 utreda hur reparationerna eller \u00e4ndringarna inverkar p\u00e5 kulturarvet i dem och p\u00e5 f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena f\u00f6r att bevara konstverken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De bakgrundsuppgifter som beh\u00f6vs i strategin sparas och uppdateras i Basisregistret som anv\u00e4nds i varje f\u00f6rsamling. Det \u00e4r en databas d\u00e4r f\u00f6rsamlingen kan registrera basuppgifter om sina fastigheter. Man kan skaffa till\u00e4ggsdelar till systemet, exempelvis en servicebok. Med hj\u00e4lp av till\u00e4ggsdelarna kan f\u00f6rsamlingen bygga upp ett fastighetsf\u00f6rvaltningssystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I fastighetsstrategin kan f\u00f6rsamlingen till exempel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bed\u00f6ma vilka lokaler f\u00f6rsamlingen beh\u00f6ver och hur mycket&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kartl\u00e4gga anv\u00e4ndningsgraden f\u00f6r lokalerna&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kartl\u00e4gga tillg\u00e4ngligheten i fastigheterna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inventera byggnader som ska skyddas enligt kyrkolagen och i \u00f6vrigt samt g\u00f6ra konditionsbed\u00f6mningar f\u00f6r dem &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kategorisera andra byggnader p\u00e5 byggnadstekniska grunder (till exempel god kondition\/beh\u00f6ver renoveras inom de n\u00e4rmaste \u00e5ren\/beh\u00f6ver renoveras senare\/f\u00f6rsamlingen avst\u00e5r fr\u00e5n att anv\u00e4nda byggnaden)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analysera vilka byggnader som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande och planera underh\u00e5llet (fastighetsf\u00f6rvaltning)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>st\u00e4lla upp strategiska m\u00e5l och principer f\u00f6r avyttring av byggnader i framtiden &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analysera objekt som ska utvecklas: hur kan f\u00f6rsamlingen f\u00e5 hyresint\u00e4kter (utarrendering\/lokaluthyrning\/f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vid behov vidta samma \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r begravningsplatser, skogar och \u00e5ker- och tomtmark.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c5tg\u00e4rd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En fastighetsstrategi utarbetas\/uppdateras.
