Var och en \u00e4r skyldig att undvika ett beteende som kan uppfattas som osakligt eller som trakasserier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rsamlingen \u00e4r i egenskap av arbetsgivare enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/finlex.fi\/sv\/laki\/ajantasa\/2002\/20020738\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arbetarskyddslagen (738\/2002)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finlex.fi\/sv\/lagstiftning\/2014\/1325\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">diskrimineringslagen (1325\/2014)<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/finlex.fi\/sv\/laki\/ajantasa\/1986\/19860609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetslagen (609\/1986)<\/a> skyldig att ingripa i osakligt beteende. Inga som helst trakasserier, sexuella trakasserier eller diskriminerande beteende\u00a0ska tolereras (<a href=\"https:\/\/finlex.fi\/sv\/laki\/ajantasa\/1889\/18890039001#L47\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">47 kap. i strafflagen<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Var och en har r\u00e4tt att handla och arbeta utan r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r trakasserier. I j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetslagen \u00e5l\u00e4ggs arbetsgivaren ocks\u00e5 en skyldighet att f\u00f6rebygga trakasserier.
