Kyrkans arbetsmarknadsavdelning genomf\u00f6r bland annat en aktualitetsenk\u00e4t och deltar i samarbete med Keva i genomf\u00f6randet av unders\u00f6kningen av arbetsh\u00e4lsan inom den offentliga sektorn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aktualitetsenk\u00e4t<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Genom aktualitetsenk\u00e4ten utreder Kyrkans arbetsmarknadsverk bland annat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>f\u00f6rsamlingsekonomiernas balanserings-\/sparbehov och de metoder som anv\u00e4nds i anslutning till dem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00f6rsamlingsarbetsgivarnas \u00e5tg\u00e4rder vid till\u00e4mpningen av KyrkTAK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kyrkans arbetsmarknadsverk beh\u00f6ver de uppgifter som f\u00e5s ur enk\u00e4ten bland annat i intressebevakningsarbetet samt f\u00f6r utvecklandet av f\u00f6rsamlingarnas\/de kyrkliga samf\u00e4lligheternas st\u00f6d- och r\u00e5dgivningstj\u00e4nster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enk\u00e4ten tj\u00e4nar ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rsamlingsarbetsgivarna. De f\u00e5r information om l\u00e4get\/\u00e5tg\u00e4rderna i f\u00f6rsamlingar med motsvarande medlemsantal eller personalstyrka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aktualitetsenk\u00e4ten genomf\u00f6rs vanligen en g\u00e5ng om \u00e5ret, vid behov oftare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/evl.fi\/kirkontyomarkkinalaitos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2025\/02\/Aktualitetsenkaten-2024.pdf\">Aktualitetsenk\u00e4ten 2024<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arbetsh\u00e4lsan inom den offentliga sektorn<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den kyrkliga personalens arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden och arbetsh\u00e4lsa har sedan 2014 kartlagts genom en unders\u00f6kning av arbetsh\u00e4lsan i den offentliga sektorn som genomf\u00f6rs vartannat \u00e5r. Unders\u00f6kningen g\u00f6rs av Keva i samarbete med Arbetsh\u00e4lsoinstitutets kommungrupp. Kyrkans arbetsmarknadsverk \u00e4r representerat i kommungruppen. I unders\u00f6kningen g\u00f6rs telefonintervjuer med 3 500 l\u00f6ntagare inom den offentliga sektorn och av dessa \u00e4r 500 anst\u00e4llda inom kyrkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultaten fr\u00e5n den senaste unders\u00f6kningen av arbetsh\u00e4lsan publicerades i Kevas forskningsrapport i februari 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"accordion-block_6f802ebe8db374b64467b3d38ef886e8\" class=\"accordion
