Om t.ex. arbetspraktiken har baserat sig p\u00e5 ett anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande beaktas den s\u00e5ledes, annars inte.<\/p>\n            <\/section>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Godk\u00e4nnande av \u00f6verlappande uppdrag i erfarenhetstill\u00e4gg<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00e5r informat\u00f6r har under flera \u00e5r varit ordinarie medarbetare p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsamlingstidningen. Personen har samtidigt haft flera motsvarande uppdrag (ordinarie medarbetare) hos andra arbetsgivare. Personen har skrivit artiklar till olika tidningar och publikationer. Medarbetaren har inte fungerat som sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndig f\u00f6retagare, utan uppdragen har sk\u00f6tts med skattekort p\u00e5 arvodesbasis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dessa uppdrag torde p\u00e5 goda grunder anses vara till v\u00e4sentlig f\u00f6rdel vid sk\u00f6tseln av den nuvarande tj\u00e4nsten p\u00e5 viss tid, men kan de beaktas p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt vid ber\u00e4kningen av ett eventuellt erfarenhetstill\u00e4gg? Nu har ju personen haft flera uppgifter samtidigt. Om dessa godk\u00e4nns \u201dp\u00e5 varandra\u201d, m\u00e5ste man samtidigt ta h\u00e4nsyn till denna allm\u00e4nna princip.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Informat\u00f6ren har varit medarbetare p\u00e5 tidningen sedan 2003. Uppgiften som medarbetare ska uppenbarligen till sin natur betraktas som bisyssla eller h\u00f6gst som medarbetare p\u00e5 deltid i huvudsyssla, eftersom ocks\u00e5 andra uppdrag har f\u00f6rekommit samtidigt. Arbetsgivaren har pr\u00f6vningsr\u00e4tt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller hur mycket av denna tj\u00e4nstg\u00f6ringstid som godk\u00e4nns. Det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att \u00e4ven godk\u00e4nna allt enligt modellen en m\u00e5nad f\u00f6r en m\u00e5nad, om man kommer fram till det och om det motsvarar de principer som f\u00f6rsamlingen fastst\u00e4llt. Om man v\u00e4ljer att f\u00f6rfara p\u00e5 detta s\u00e4tt, skulle de \u00f6vriga uppgifterna som medarbetare falla bort helt, \u00e5tminstone till den del som de infaller under samma tid som tj\u00e4nstg\u00f6ringstiden i f\u00f6rsamlingen, dvs. fr\u00e5n och med 2003.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Man kan ocks\u00e5 bed\u00f6ma p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt, exempelvis s\u00e5 att \u201d50 procent\u201d av tj\u00e4nstg\u00f6ringen i f\u00f6rsamlingen godk\u00e4nns (procentsatsen v\u00e4ljs enligt den linje som ni f\u00f6ljer) och d\u00e4refter separat \u00f6verv\u00e4ga hur mycket av de \u00f6vriga tj\u00e4nsterna som kan beaktas.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Det faktum att uppgiften som medarbetare har varit frilansbaserad utg\u00f6r inte ett hinder f\u00f6r att beakta perioderna vid ber\u00e4kningen av erfarenhetstill\u00e4gget. Ocks\u00e5 det \u00e4r \u201dtj\u00e4nstg\u00f6ringstid\u201d, om \u00e4n i friare form \u00e4n ett normalt tj\u00e4nste-\/arbetsavtalsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande.<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ol>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><\/p>\n            <\/section>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Erfarenhetstill\u00e4ggets belopp n\u00e4r arbetstagaren uppn\u00e5r f\u00f6ljande erfarenhetstill\u00e4ggsniv\u00e5 efter 1.1.2020<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Arbetstagarens kravgrupp 31.12.2019 \u00e4r 501 och grundl\u00f6nen 2 280 euro. Personens \u00e5rsbundna l\u00f6nedel 31.12.2019 har best\u00e4mts enligt en \u00e5rsbunden tid p\u00e5 9 \u00e5r och 10 m\u00e5nader, och den \u00e5rsbundna l\u00f6nedelen har d\u00e4rmed varit 8 % av grundl\u00f6nen (182,40 \u20ac). Till arbetstagaren f\u00f6rfaller f\u00f6ljande erfarenhetstill\u00e4gg n\u00e4r erfarenhetstill\u00e4ggstiden n\u00e5r gr\u00e4nsen p\u00e5 10 \u00e5r 1.3.2020.
