De deltar som unga ansvarstagare i f\u00f6rsamlingens fostrande arbete, men h\u00f6r inte till f\u00f6rsamlingens egentliga personal F\u00f6rsamlingen kan betala ett litet arvode f\u00f6r den uppgift de utf\u00f6r. Ett s\u00e5dant arvode \u00e4r i princip inte l\u00f6n, utan administreras som arvode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r den nuvarande arbetsavtalslagen tr\u00e4dde i kraft gav KyA ut&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/evl.fi\/kirkontyomarkkinalaitos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2024\/12\/YK399r.wpd_.pdf\">cirkul\u00e4r A3\/1999<\/a>&nbsp;som behandlar hj\u00e4lpledarnas st\u00e4llning. Det som st\u00e5r i cirkul\u00e4ret g\u00e4ller fortfarande. Vid tolkningen av arbetstidslagen j\u00e4mst\u00e4lls hj\u00e4lpledare och frivilliga klubbledare med s\u00e5dana som bedriver sedvanliga fritidsverksamheter enligt 1 kap. 2 \u00a7 i arbetsavtalslagen. Dessa anses inte st\u00e5 i anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande. Denna detalj i arbetstidslagen har behandlats i riksdagen n\u00e4r lagen stiftades och tolkningen \u00e4r etablerad. Ett anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande kan uppkomma endast om man av n\u00e5gon anledning undantagsvis uttryckligen vill ing\u00e5 ett anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llande.
