Erfarenhetstill\u00e4gget och prestationstill\u00e4gget \u00e4r en del av den egentliga l\u00f6nen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfarenhetstill\u00e4gg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Erfarenhetstill\u00e4gget best\u00e4ms som ett eurobelopp och baseras p\u00e5 den anst\u00e4llningstid som ber\u00e4ttigar till till\u00e4gget. Erfarenhetstill\u00e4gg betalas till en tj\u00e4nsteinnehavare\/arbetstagare ut\u00f6ver grundl\u00f6nen efter fem, tio och femton \u00e5rs anst\u00e4llning. Minimibeloppen f\u00f6r erfarenhetstill\u00e4gg anges\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/evl.fi\/kirkontyomarkkinalaitos\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/8\/2025\/04\/KyrkTAK_2025-2028_web.pdf\">i tabell 1.2 i bilaga 1 till KyrkTAK<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prestationstill\u00e4gg<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Till en tj\u00e4nsteinnehavare\/arbetstagare kan betalas ett prestationstill\u00e4gg i eurobelopp som baserar sig p\u00e5 tj\u00e4nsteinnehavarens\/arbetstagarens arbetsprestation. Arbetsgivaren beslutar om systemet med bed\u00f6mningsgrunder f\u00f6r prestationstill\u00e4gget, de medel som styrs till till\u00e4gget, prestationstill\u00e4ggets eurobelopp och till vem prestationstill\u00e4gget betalas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prestationstill\u00e4gget \u00e4r ett led i en sporrande l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttning. Det baserar sig p\u00e5 de m\u00e5l som st\u00e4llts upp f\u00f6r den anst\u00e4llda och p\u00e5 arbetsgivarens bed\u00f6mning av arbetsprestationen. Prestationstill\u00e4gget utg\u00f6r ett incitament, eftersom den anst\u00e4llda genom sin egen arbetsprestation kan p\u00e5verka resultatet av sitt arbete och d\u00e4rmed sin egen l\u00f6neniv\u00e5. En god arbetsprestation kan f\u00f6rekomma i olika arbetsuppgifter oberoende av kravniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som bed\u00f6mningsgrund f\u00f6r prestationstill\u00e4gget anv\u00e4nds bed\u00f6mningskriterier och prestationsniv\u00e5er. Arbetsgivaren bed\u00f6mer tj\u00e4nsteinnehavarens\/arbetstagarens prestation n\u00e4r bed\u00f6mningsperioden avslutats. Utv\u00e4rderingsperioden i regel ett \u00e5r. \u00c4ven visstidsanst\u00e4llningar som \u00e4r kortare \u00e4n ett \u00e5r men dock minst fyra m\u00e5nader l\u00e5nga omfattas av prestationstill\u00e4ggssystemet. Arbetstagaren f\u00e5r respons om bed\u00f6mningen. Bed\u00f6mningen och responsen riktas alltid p\u00e5 personens arbetsprestation och aldrig p\u00e5 personen sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prestationstill\u00e4gget betalas till den anst\u00e4llda under det kalender\u00e5r som f\u00f6ljer p\u00e5 utv\u00e4rderingsperioden.
