I enlighet med j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsplanen genomf\u00f6rs \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som fr\u00e4mjar j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldheten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsplanen ska inneh\u00e5lla:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>en redog\u00f6relse f\u00f6r j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsl\u00e4get i f\u00f6rsamlingen inklusive en specificering av f\u00f6rdelningen av kvinnor och m\u00e4n i olika uppgifter samt en l\u00f6nekartl\u00e4ggning som omfattar hela personalen och g\u00e4ller klassificeringen, l\u00f6nerna och l\u00f6neskillnaderna i fr\u00e5ga om kvinnors och m\u00e4ns uppgifter,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som enligt planerna ska inledas eller genomf\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldheten och uppn\u00e5 l\u00f6nej\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>en utv\u00e4rdering av hur \u00e5tg\u00e4rderna i en tidigare j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsplan har genomf\u00f6rts och av resultaten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsplanen ska utarbetas minst vartannat \u00e5r. Det kan avtalas lokalt att en l\u00f6nekartl\u00e4ggning ska g\u00f6ras minst vart tredje \u00e5r, om j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsplanen till \u00f6vriga delar g\u00f6rs upp \u00e5rligen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsplanen ska utarbetas och behandlas inom ramen f\u00f6r det kontinuerliga samarbete som f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tts i kyrkans samarbetsavtal.
