De kan inkluderas i utbildningsplanen eller personalplanen, om en s\u00e5dan utarbetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt avtalet ska av principerna och f\u00f6rfarandena f\u00f6r personalutveckling, med beaktande av f\u00f6rsamlingens storlek, framg\u00e5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>antalet faktiska arbetsavtals- och tj\u00e4nstef\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden f\u00f6r viss tid samt en bed\u00f6mning av hur dessa kommer att utvecklas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>principerna f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndningen av olika anst\u00e4llningsformer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>allm\u00e4nna principer f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5gan hos arbetstagare som hotas av arbetsof\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och \u00e4ldre arbetstagare samt arbetsmarknadskompetensen f\u00f6r arbetstagare som hotas av arbetsl\u00f6shet,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f\u00f6rfaranden f\u00f6r genomf\u00f6rande och uppf\u00f6ljning av ovann\u00e4mnda planer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessutom ska uppm\u00e4rksamhet f\u00e4stas vid principerna f\u00f6r syssels\u00e4ttning av partiellt arbetsf\u00f6ra arbetstagare samt flexibla arbetstidsarrangemang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principerna och f\u00f6rfarandena kan inkluderas i utbildningsplanen. Avtalet f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter inte att n\u00e5gon egentlig personalplan utarbetas.
