Det g\u00e4ller alla arbetstagare som \u00e4r anst\u00e4llda hos arbetsgivaren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den f\u00f6rebyggande f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden kan dessutom omfatta sjukv\u00e5rd p\u00e5 allm\u00e4nl\u00e4karniv\u00e5, vilken \u00e4r frivillig f\u00f6r arbetsgivaren. Rekommendationen om ordnande av sjukv\u00e5rd i f\u00f6rsamlingarna inneh\u00e5ller en rekommendation till f\u00f6rsamlingarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avtal om f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdstj\u00e4nster<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetsgivaren och den som producerar f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdstj\u00e4nster ska ing\u00e5 ett skriftligt avtal om ordnande av f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rd, varav framg\u00e5r de allm\u00e4nna arrangemangen inom f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden samt tj\u00e4nsternas inneh\u00e5ll och omfattning. Om omst\u00e4ndigheterna f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras v\u00e4sentligt, ska avtalet ses \u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verksamhetsplan f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden och antidrogprogram<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetsgivaren ska ha en skriftlig verksamhetsplan f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden som inneh\u00e5ller de allm\u00e4nna m\u00e5len f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden samt de behov som grundar sig p\u00e5 f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen och de \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som f\u00f6ranleds av dessa. Verksamhetsplanen ska ses \u00f6ver \u00e5rligen p\u00e5 basis av arbetsplatsbes\u00f6k och andra utredningar som f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden utf\u00f6r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verksamhetsplanen f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rden kan ocks\u00e5 utg\u00f6ra en del av verksamhetsprogrammet f\u00f6r arbetarskyddet eller n\u00e5got annat utvecklingsprogram eller n\u00e5gon annan utvecklingsplan som arbetsgivaren gjort upp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdstj\u00e4nster ordnas ska arbetsgivaren bedriva ett kontinuerligt samarbete med arbetstagarna eller deras representanter i enlighet med Kyrkans samarbetsavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevas utvecklingstj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdssamarbetet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rsamlingsarbetsgivarna kan f\u00e5 utvecklingstj\u00e4nster f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdssamarbetet av Keva. Keva konsulterar bl.a. organisationer om vad som \u00e4r h\u00f6gkvalitativ f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rd och hurdana f\u00f6retagsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdstj\u00e4nster det \u00e4r viktigt att de investerar i.
