The activities of the Pension Fund are led by the Board of The Church Pension Fund and Director, appointed by the Church Council. The Pension Scheme Funding Work Group and the Responsible Investment Work Group also operate under the Board of The Church Pension Fund. The Church Pension Fund Board was elected at the plenary session of the Church Council, on 21 August 2024. The Board\u2019s term of office ends on 31 May 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Hanna Hiidenpalo was elected Chair of the Board. The work group members are Juha Tuohim\u00e4ki (Chair), Hanna Hiidenpalo, Ira van der Pals, Juha Silander, Ismo Heinstr\u00f6m, Roman Goebel and Juhana Hannuksela.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsible Investment Work Group<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The duty of the work group is to support the development of responsible investment by the Church Pension Fund.
